GFRIEND is definitely of the most inspirational success stories in KPop!
Debuted in January 2015, the girls were accused of plagiarizing Girls' Generation's 'Into The New World' with their debut track 'Glass Bead'. If you have been following KPop for long, you must have known the difficulty of non 'Big 3' (JYP, SM Ent, YG Ent) groups to make it huge in KPop.
The girls had a mini event with around 100 fans in 2015 in a small hall as you can see in the photo below:
However, things have become so different fastforwarding to 2018, the girls just ended their solo concert on 6th and 7th January, performed in front of approximately 10,000 buddies.
Over the past 3 years the girls have performed hit songs like 'Rough', 'Navillera', 'Love Whisper' and to name a few, they're a real inspiration.
